About Barrier Free Access, Inc.
From humble beginnings, Barrier Free Access, Inc. was created as a division of a family-owned construction company in 1991. The initial focus of the company was to provide accessibility products and services for persons with disabilities and the elderly to help them live independently. Over the years, BFA expanded its showroom and began working not only with consumers, but also with facilities. Today, years later, the company still offers homecare products but has also grown into a highly respected, award-winning company, distributing safe patient handling products across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota & South Dakota. Although Barrier Free Access, Inc. has changed and grown immensely over the years, one thing that hasn’t changed is the company’s commitment to doing what is right rather than what is easy!
